Trish is amazing! She goes above and beyond for the clients at this hotel! Reading the reviews prior to reserving a room she was definitely my selling point. 100/10 for customer service! The front desk gals are amazing also! They give you fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies for everyone in your party!

Ashley Inn does a nice job with there guests. Trish does and amazing job as a housekeeper and working to serve breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was thye pool was to cold. The hot tub wasd great. I stay here twice a year with no problems.

The hotel was clean and the service we received from Jaqui at the front desk was refreshing the best I've had in a long time. The lady Trish served us a delicious meal with great customer service. Was still there 12 hrs. Later with a smile on her face. Thank you Jaqui and Trish you made my vacation ❤️

We have never experienced a hotel so filthy. We were transferred from our original room because there were balls of hair in the corners, chip crumbs all around the floor and hair on the toilet seat. Our new room was no cleaner, more hair in every corner, another dirty toilet seat, grimey tv remote and filth on both the bedspread and headboard that I was able to easily clean with a wipe. I was so grateful to have brought antibacterial wipes to give me peace of mind. Aside from the room itself, the stair case had visible animal hair everywhere, as if it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The staff seemed nice, but I would sleep in my car before staying here again.

A solid hotel! We stayed here while passing through town and it certainly did the trick. The staff were all so lovely. Really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. I also appreciated the hotel’s laundry room, it was great to be able to do some laundry on the road for just $2.50. I didn’t have time to try the pool/hot tub but it looked nice and clean. Elevator worked well. The room overall was quite nice. It seemed tidy at first glance, however there were a couple things missed - leftover food in the fridge and a damp towel in the closet, for instance. But other than that, it was a comfy and clean room.
